Q	How can I place an order?
A	Our products can be purchased online through this site or by contacting us by phone, fax or email.


Q	What payment methods are available?
A	Our online store provides secure payment through the use of PayPal, which accepts Mastercard and Visa. Alternatively, payments can be made via direct deposit or cheque. Goods will be dispatched once funds have been cleared. Unfortunately we do not offer credit card facilities for phone, fax or email orders.


Q	When will I receive my order?
A	Satchel parcels will be delivered overnight via Australia Post. Cartons will be delivered using Direct Freight Express. Generally delivery times are: Sunshine Coast to Brisbane - 1 day (overnight) Sunshine Coast to Sydney - 1 day (overnight) Sunshine Coast to Melbourne - 2 days Sunshine Coast to Adelaide - 3 days Sunshine Coast to Perth - 3-5 days Sunshine Coast to Darwin - 3-5 days Sunshine Coast to Hobart - 3-5 days Delivery days are business days.


Q	I am a wholesaler, reseller or large end user interested in purchasing large or frequent quantities. What should I do?

Q	I need a product not currently in your range. Can you help?
A	Yes – Constar has the technology and know-how to assist in the design and manufacture of new products. From a simple colour change of an existing Constar product to design concepts and final production, our ‘can do’ approach makes the process simple and generally a lot quicker than you might think.


Q	Can I become a distributor or sales agent for your products?
